So yes the drive has valid partition 2 with the emulator and compatibility update both working and I had been playing it off disc on the Slim. So I took the 500gb hard drive which I had set up with hddhackr (in earlier posts) from my 2012 xbox slim and plugged it into the Falcon that I just RGH'd.
